Discover a spacious and versatile retreat with two houses on 3 acres, offering 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. The outdoor oasis features a resort-style pool, abundant seating, and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, perfect for entertaining. Recent upgrades to the pool equipment, AC, and power ensure a comfortable experience for large gatherings. The front yard boasts a basketball court for family fun, while the stocked pond with seating and a full playground create a haven for relaxation.
Capable of hosting events as large as 100 guests, please note that the sleeping capacity is 22 people, so not all event attendees can stay overnight. Event fees are detailed in the house rules. Enjoy a serene, luxurious setting designed for unforgettable gatherings.
NOTE: Free standing hot tub by the Pool house is currently on maintenance for repairs. The one by the pond house is working!
HEATING THE IN GROUND HOT TUB available for purchase in boarding pass:
– $25 per 3 hours of usage.
– We only allow 3 hours of usage per 24 hour period so that the pool can adequately circulate and clean itself.
– Heating is controlled via the internet; if the internet is down, the fee will be refunded.
– The app has a 3-hour timer and will shut off automatically. We will accommodate your start time as best as possible.
Guests will have access to the entire property except for some locked closets that are the owner’s.

Important Payment Update: We no longer accept credit card payments over $1,000 due to chargebacks. Payments over this amount must be made via Zelle, Apple Cash, or ACH. VRBO may accept their fees via credit card, but the balance will be due with one of these alternate payment method.
A rental agreement must be signed by the guest reserving the property and will be automatically sent after you reserve the property. A government-issued ID will be required on the agreement.
Cameras are installed outside for security purposes. Noise monitoring devices are installed outside as well.

Texas has bugs and they vary by the season. Notify us if you find any pest issues. We do not offer refunds for pests such as roaches, spiders, ants, flies, etc. We have routine pest control scheduled by professionals.
