Is there a minimum stay for corporate housing?
No strict minimum — we can accommodate stays as short as a week for visiting teams or as long as 6+ months for relocations and extended projects. Weekly and monthly discounts apply automatically at checkout, so longer stays get progressively better rates.
What are the weekly and monthly discounts?
Weekly stays receive 5–25% off the nightly rate (10% is typical). Monthly stays receive 10–27% off (20% is typical). The exact discount varies by property. Additionally, stays of 30 days or longer are exempt from Texas hotel occupancy taxes, which range from 6% to 17% depending on the city. A 20% monthly discount stacked with a 17% tax exemption (in City of Houston, for example) represents substantial savings over nightly or hotel rates.
Can you house an entire crew in one property?
Yes. Our 4–5 bedroom properties can accommodate crews of 4–6 people with individual bedrooms, shared living and kitchen space, and dedicated parking for work vehicles. For larger crews, we can arrange multiple adjacent or nearby properties.
Do you offer corporate billing and invoicing?
Rent is prepaid at the time of reservation. We accept credit cards (up to $3,000), Zelle, Apple Cash, ACH transfers, and wire transfers. For multi-property or extended placements, we can work with your accounts-payable team on timing — just no net terms. W-9 documentation is available on request.
