You can book a single 2BR unit for a couple or small family, or combine two side-by-side units as a 4BR that sleeps up to 20. Two combined configurations are currently listed: 601/603 and 605/607. Either way, you’re walking distance to Westheimer restaurants, Montrose Collective, and the Menil Collection, and less than 2 miles from Downtown.
Every unit is pet-friendly, has smart TVs in every bedroom, dedicated gated parking, and 500+ Mbps WiFi for remote work. Our Montrose guests are typically families visiting the Texas Medical Center, professionals on extended work assignments, insurance displacement stays, and families in town for reunions or museum district visits.
