Traditional property managers typically control the listing under their own accounts, which means if you switch providers, you lose your reviews. With co-hosting, your reviews and listing history stay with you.
What if I’m not happy with the results?
We believe in earning your business every month. There are no long-term contracts — you can part ways at any time. Our goal is to make your property perform so well that you never want to leave.
Do I need to live near my property?
Not at all. Many of our owners are out of state or even out of the country. We handle everything on the ground so you don’t have to be local.
How quickly can my property be listed?
Most properties are live and accepting bookings within 2–3 weeks of signing up. Our one-time setup fee covers listing creation, pricing setup and optimization, system integrations, and full onboarding so you’re positioned for success from day one. Professional photography is not included in the setup fee and is arranged separately.
