These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Texas, and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Breezy Vacation Rentals with respect to your use of the Site, and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Breezy Vacation Rentals with respect to the Site. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
